Terms.

Use of Ember Intelligence's platform is governed by a Master Services Agreement entered into directly between Ember Intelligence LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Delaware File No. 10630937), and each customer. Our standard terms cover service description, scope of license, customer data, confidentiality, security obligations, warranties, limitations of liability, and termination — calibrated for vendor diligence at finance and consulting firms.

A copy of our current MSA, along with applicable order forms and data-processing terms, is provided to prospective customers and design partners on request. Public terms-of-service publication is scheduled alongside our general-availability launch. For vendor diligence we also provide, on request: live Microsoft Partner Center verification of Partner ID 7132521 (a Partner Location Account ID registered to Ember Intelligence LLC, WA, US), and evidence of our Delaware standing — File No. 10630937, independently verifiable through the Delaware Division of Corporations entity search.
